Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Klang. The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by handling order processing, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records and documentation. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating delivery schedules with internal departments, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and orders. The role also involves generating basic sales reports, updating customer and product information in company systems, and assisting with general administrative tasks related to sales activities. The Sales Administrator collaborates closely with sales representatives, operations, and finance teams to uphold excellent customer service and smooth sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and relationship-building.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in order processing and basic sales support activities, including quotation preparation and record-keeping.
  • Experience providing administrative assistance in a sales or office environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and an interest in supporting business growth.
  • Competence with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and data entry in CRM or ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Klang.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in business, administration, or related field is beneficial; prior experience in industrial or equipment-related sectors is an advantage.
