Key responsibilities
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
2. Support the maintenance of employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel information
3. Help process and administer employee documentation, including contracts, leave requests, and payroll-related paperwork
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing HR events and training sessions
5. Assist with employee queries and provide first-line support on HR policies and procedures
6. Support the coordination of employee benefits, performance management processes, and workplace initiatives
7. Help with the preparation and distribution of HR communications and policy documentation
8. Contribute to the organization of team-building activities and other HR-related projects as required
What we're looking for;
1. A strong understanding of Human Resources fundamentals and HR best practices in the context of consulting and generalist HR functions
2. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with employees at all levels
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, along with general IT competency
5. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
7. Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements in Malaysia is advantageous
8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with online collaboration tools
3. Strong written and spoken English communication skills
4. Highly organized and meticulous with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation with attention to detail
5. Able to work independently across multiple demands, with strong time management and prioritization skills
6. Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
