Responsibilities :

• Operations: Direct daily testing workflows, maintain high diagnostic accuracy, and optimize turnaround times.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate medical lab technicians and technologists.
• Compliance: Enforce safety protocols (such as OSHA or local health standards) and ensure readiness for audits and accreditations.
• Budgeting: Manage departmental budgets, order reagents, and oversee procurement or repair of medical equipment.
• Quality Control: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and monitor quality assurance data

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biochemistry, or a related life science.
• Certification: Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressive laboratory work experience, including supervisory or management duties.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and deep knowledge of health regulations
