Job Title: Chocolate Machine Operator

Location : 7 Mandai Estate

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Operate chocolate production machines such as tempering, molding, enrobing, and cooling equipment

• Set up machines according to daily production schedules and product specifications

• Monitor machine performance, temperature, and output quality throughout production

• Adjust machine settings to ensure consistent chocolate texture, weight, and finish

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments during operations

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines before and after use (food hygiene standards)

• Carry out daily machine checks and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly

• Follow SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times

• Support packing, labeling, and basic quality checks when required

• Maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements / Skills

• Prior experience in food production or machine operation preferred (training can be provided)

• Basic mechanical understanding and willingness to learn machine handling

• Able to work in a production environment with repetitive tasks

• Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset

• Team player with good time management

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or peak production periods if required
