Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily baking production, maintaining product quality, and managing the baking team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bakery and kitchen operations
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked products
• Develop and improve recipes when required
• Supervise, train, and schedule baking staff
• Monitor inventory and manage raw materials
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker (Head Baker experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Able to work independently and under pressure
