Data Entry Executive

Location: Georgetown Penang

Experience: Fresh graduates

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Data Entry staff. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests while complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily processing and data entry of customer requests accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer and account maintenance requests, as well as ad-hoc customer requests.
• Verify completeness of requests and documents, ensuring all are properly authorized before processing.
• Escalate exception cases to Team Lead/Section Head promptly.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering).
• Ensure zero defects, zero operating losses, and no customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Preferably Degree holder in any field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to follow Singapore Public Holidays.
• Flexible to work beyond standard hours when required based on operational needs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
