We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Service Operations Supervisor to coordinate front-of-house staff, maintain service standards and make sure every shift is prepared to run smoothly.

What You Bring to the Floor

• Mandarin speaking ability
• Experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory position
• Front-of-house management experience preferred
• Strong leadership & team coordination skills
• Confident guiding and motivating service staff
• Good communication & customer-service skills
• Able to manage customer complaints professionally
• Familiar with restaurant hygiene & safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stay organised during high-volume service

Your Shift Responsibilities

• Support the Front-of-House Manager with daily operations
• Organise manpower and shift duties
• Direct staff and communicate management instructions
• Conduct pre-shift briefings
• Inspect the restaurant before service begins
• Check tables, seating, cutlery and service preparation
• Monitor service standards throughout the shift
• Ensure procedures are consistently followed
• Supervise guest and staff safety
• Check facilities and equipment condition
• Address service issues and customer concerns
• Keep the team coordinated during busy periods
