Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage employees daily activities to insure production efficiencies
• Manage employee’s hours to insure minimal overtime.
• Assist production operator in production operation.
• Conduct regular performance feedback to employees & senior management
• Place employees on verbal and written counselling as needed after consulting with Human Resources and department head.
• Train employees in fundamentals of production and machine operation.
• Communicate the production output, progress, production condition and finding to department head and management.
• Record and monitor production output, scrap, progress, machine condition and production inventory.
• Ensure appropriate communication with staff as well as management.
• Maximize production personnel capabilities and implement procedures to improve efficiency. Done by performing cross training between stations in line.
• Ensure the work area is always clean and safe.
• Communicate production schedule and throughput with production operators.
• Ensure customer order fulfilment achieved.
• Ensure all the production employee produce the products according to specification.
• To perform any duties delegated by the head without any detriment or injury.
• To be a HACCP team member.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experiences in manufacturing, same line will be added advantages.
• Supervisory skills and team player.
• Ability to accept and carry multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all across organizational.
• SPM and above (or equivalent experience);
• 2 years related experience, to include 1+ year supervisory experience.
