B & Data Technology Co Ltd Hiring! Full Time Assistant Accountant in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to prepare full set of accounts, including AR, AP, Gl, and bank reconciliations.

• Process and verify invoices, purchase orders and expenditures report.

• Support month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial reports.

• Assist in tax filings and external audits.

• Maintain fixed asset register, and intercompany transactions.

• Provide support cashflow forecasting and trade finance documentation.

• Liaise with banks, vendors and internal sales

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or High Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.

• Graduate of AAT/ Final Stage of HKICPA/ACCA/ASCPA

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, experience in full-set accounting role is preferrable.

• Experience in trading and distribution, or technology company is preferrable.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Flex, Xero, MYOB) and strong in excel skills.

• Solid understanding of HKASs and IRO.

• Detailed minded, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
