O2Klinik Hiring! Full Time Customer Service in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Main Duties:

• Oversee the company’s social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) using Meta Business Suite, managing Messenger, comments, and reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to company products, promotions, and services.
• Manage and respond to customer reviews on Google via the Google Business platform.
• Be flexible and available to work on a shift schedule.
• Handle incoming customer calls on the company hotline, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via the company’s WhatsApp account.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote company services and assist customers in scheduling appointments.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Directors/Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in health-related field.
• Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be added advantage.
• Customer care and service minded.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
