Your new role 

• Coordinate project activities and track key milestones
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection
• Support and maintain digital services on web and mobile platforms
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management
• Analyze data trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop and update SOPs and process documentation
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

What you'll need to succeed 

• Degree in any field with 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
