Qualifications

• Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Account coordination and administration capabilities, such as organizing information, tracking deliverables, and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and address issues with practical, timely solutions.
• Understanding of healthcare environments and familiarity with patient care workflows; experience with HIPAA or similar compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple accounts concurrently, and adapt to evolving client and operational needs.
• Proficiency with common office productivity and CRM tools; experience in healthcare support services, medical administration, or related fields is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
