Responsibilities
Salary: $180 per Day
Ad-hoc & Scheduled Work Arrangement (No fixed day per month)
Location: Central
8.30AM - 6.00PM & 8.30PM - 1PM (If Saturday Required)
Responsibilities
Assist with daily building operations.
Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot building service issues.
Coordinate contractors and repair works.
Prepare monthly and incident reports.
Requirement
Minimum Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
2 Years of experience in monitoring building maintenance
Familiar with AutoCAD & BIM Software to read drawing
