Our client is a leading regional organisation with a diversified real estate portfolio across multiple markets.
They are looking for a Tax Manager to support the Group on tax matters across various jurisdictions.



Your new role

• Oversee tax compliance for real estate entities and transactions across multiple jurisdictions
  
• Lead tax structuring and due diligence for acquisitions, disposals and investments
  
• Provide tax advice on cross-border transactions, financing and ownership structures
  
• Manage transfer pricing matters and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  
• Liaise with external tax advisors, tax authorities and internal Legal and Finance teams
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years of tax advisory or tax management experience, ideally within the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional taxation, tax structuring and transfer pricing
• Hands-on experience with M&A tax, including acquisitions, disposals and due diligence
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently
