Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs while providing outstanding customer service.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and create a positive shopping experience.
• Recommend products and achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with stock replenishment and stock-taking.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain organised stock levels.
• Perform cashiering duties using the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is always inviting and well-presented.
• Keep the store clean and tidy through regular housekeeping.
• Support daily store operations and perform other ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Prior experience in fast fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, perform well under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Availability

• Full-Time
  • 5 OR 6 days work week.
    
  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Part-Time
  • Minimum commitment of 2 months.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
