Responsibility

• Familiar with Import & Export Documentation for Liquid Bulk Shipment
• Prepare Shipping Reports
• Familiar with Inco terms - FOB, CFR, CIF
• Coordinate on Domestic Trucking or Road Tankers
• Monitoring of vessels for Import & Export
• Able to liaise with

 Cargo Surveyors

 Port Terminals

 Shipping Agents

 Port Authorities

 Government Authorities

• Handling of Custom declaration matters – Forwarding Agents
• Banking Matters – familiar with LC/SBLC/TT
• Other required skills

 Negotiation of rates or fees

 Claims – e.g. Insurance, Demurrage, etc.

• Able to attend on Board Vessels (if necessary)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transport, Logistics or Management with minimum of 2-3 years working experience in shipping and logistics
• Computer literate with basic Microsoft office knowledge
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional language would be added advantage
• Experience in chartering or surveyor background or seamen experience (cargo officer) – added advantage
• Must possess own transport
• Fresh Graduates may be considered if they possess a relevant Logistics degree
• Candidates with only Containerized shipment experience need not apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
