We are seeking a Digital Live Chat Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via our website or app. You will provide real-time assistance, answer product or service inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resource
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
• Document interactions and update customer records in the system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service

Details:

• Working Location: Bangsar South
• Working Days/ Hours: 8AM - 5PM, 12PM - 9PM ( 5 Days Rotational with 2 off days)
• Open to Fresh graduate!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
