Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Handle receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and transferring materials and goods.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, records, and reports.
• Record incoming and outgoing materials accurately in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Assist with stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Check materials and goods against delivery orders, purchase orders, and relevant documents.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled, arranged, and stored in the designated areas.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Store, and other departments regarding material requirements and movement.
• Follow up on material requests, deliveries, and stock discrepancies.
• Assist in investigating and reporting any stock differences, damaged goods, or missing items.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports when required.
• Perform data entry and filing of warehouse-related documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with a relevant certificate may also be considered.
• SPM holders with relevant warehouse/store experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in warehouse, store, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and other warehouse-related systems.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Willing to perform hands-on warehouse duties when required.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
