We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Creative & Marketing Planning to join our team.

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the company's marketing activities, campaigns, content calendar and creative projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, excellent planning skills and the ability to transform ideas into well-organised marketing plans and timelines.

• Plan and develop the company's overall marketing and campaign calendar.
• Create and manage marketing timelines for product launches, promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate content schedules across relevant platforms.
• Organise and schedule photoshoots and video shoots.
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Research and propose suitable concepts, themes and locations based on the product and campaign direction.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Marketing, Content and Production teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to plan.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
• Assist in brainstorming new marketing ideas, campaign concepts and creative strategies.
• Ensure marketing activities and creative content are aligned with the company's brand identity and business objectives.
• Prepare planning schedules, campaign timelines and project updates when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Creative Media or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign planning, creative planning or a related field.
• Strong organisational, planning and project coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate fresh marketing and campaign ideas.
• Good understanding of social media, content marketing and current marketing trends.
• Experience in the fashion, retail or e-commerce industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
