About Veloona

Veloona is a home lifestyle brand under MFD Holdings, based in Muar, Johor — the heart of Malaysia's furniture industry. We design bedframes, mattresses, flameless diffusers and essential oils around the rituals that matter at home: sleep, rest, scent, presence. We sell nationwide on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, powered by a growing network of live hosts and affiliate creators.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee ,Facebook, Instagram — listings, vouchers, campaigns, platform promos
• Recruit and manage affiliate creators: outreach, sample coordination, follow-up, and tracking who actually sells
• Support daily live sessions — schedule, product line-up, highlight prep, and post-live numbers
• Plan and execute campaigns for platform mega sales (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Raya)
• Track channel performance daily (GMV, ROAS, conversion) and tell us what's working and what to cut
• Work with the content and warehouse teams so what we push is actually in stock

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in e-commerce, social media or digital marketing — TikTok Shop or Shopee experience is a big plus
• Comfortable with numbers: you can open a Seller Centre dashboard and explain what it means
• Bahasa Malaysia + English; Mandarin is a plus (creators and suppliers)
• Self-starter — we're a small team, nobody will hover over you
• Fresh graduates with a strong personal social media or content track record are welcome to apply

Bonus points

• You've grown your own TikTok / IG account with real traction
• You've worked with affiliate creators or KOLs before
• Basic Canva / CapCut
