Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to Workshop and workers
To perform data entry task for job orders, spare parts usage and tyre repair work
To ensure timely updating and accuracy of data
Responsible to generate report and summary on monthly basis
Maintain the proper filling and document control for all processes
Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
