Peugeot Dealership | Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and organized Job Controller to join our Peugeot after-sales/service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all vehicle repair jobs from opening to completion.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track job progress and ensure vehicles are completed within the promised time.
• Monitor technician productivity, job status, and workshop capacity.
• Ensure repair orders and job documentation are accurate and complete.
• Follow up on pending parts, additional repair approvals, and delayed jobs.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and workshop efficiency.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to Peugeot manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Prepare and monitor daily workshop reports and performance updates.
• Escalate delays, technical issues, or customer-related concerns to the appropriate manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive after-sales, workshop operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with job control, workshop coordination, or automotive service operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of vehicle repair and workshop processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate and comfortable using workshop management systems.
• Candidates with experience in Peugeot or other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
