Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to the Site Manager / Project Manager
• Inspect workmanship quality and rectify defects
• Maintain site records such as daily reports, attendance, and safety checklists
• Assist in site inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities
