We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer specializing in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions — from building APIs to customizing the platform to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs, deliver scalable and secure interfaces, and help establish integration best practices, standards, and governance across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including APIs, connectors, and DataWeave transformations.

• Lead end-to-end integration solution design, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework to support integration workflows.

• Contribute to front-end development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks where required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into secure, scalable integration solutions.

• Design and build efficient data mapping and transformation workflows across REST and SOAP interfaces.

• Establish and promote integration best practices, coding standards, and governance across projects.

• Document integration processes, architecture, and configurations in line with company standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across current projects to ensure reliable, timely delivery.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development or other enterprise integration platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 1.7 or above), JEE, and the Spring Framework.

• Hands-on experience with the Mule 4 runtime on Anypoint Platform.

• Solid understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and API-led connectivity best practices.

• Experience integrating with ABCS (Application Business Connector Services).

• Experience with the MBASE integration framework.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.

• Knowledge of security protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS.

• Working knowledge of RAML and/or Swagger (OpenAPI) for API specification design.

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).

• Proficient working with data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.

• Experience working with WSDL, XSD, and XML Schema.

• Familiarity with ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 messaging standards.

• Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and projects.

• Consultative mindset with a strong customer orientation.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certifications are an added advantage, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4), MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with other integration platforms such as Dell Boomi (AtomSphere, Flow, API Management) and Software AG (webMethods) — our team also delivers projects on these platforms, and cross-platform experience is a strong plus. Dell Boomi certification (e.g., Dell Boomi Certified Professional Developer) is an added advantage.

• Experience delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience designing and/or delivering API-centric end-to-end solutions.

• Familiarity with front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
