Job Description

· Provide on job training & coaching

· Perform audit & route ride with Brand Advisors

· Monitor Brand Advisors performance and manage day to day discipline matters

· Brand Advisors itinerary preparation

· Leave & uniform management

· Backup support of field work, roadshow and activation events.

· Build rapport with outlet personnel

Working Arrangement

• Based at the Himalaya office as the primary workplace.- Tower 1, Puchong Financial Centre (PFCC) in Bandar Puteri, Puchong
• working days per week.
• Off day on a weekday.
• Contract duration: 2 years (yearly renewal).
• Outstation activation: Approximately once per month (subject to project requirements)
