Key Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Assist in creating, issuing, and monitoring daily/weekly work orders to maximize efficiency.
• Material Coordination: Assist in ensuring materials are available for production to avoid delays.
• Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
• Data Reporting: Preparing production reports (output, downtime, defects) for management.
• Liaison: Coordinating with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Requirements (Typical):

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing or production planning.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Language: Able to speak, write, read in Mandarin and English
