About the Position

MELTKIES Cookies is looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Part-Time Promoter to join our team at The Food Merchant @ Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The role involves promoting our freshly baked cookies, engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring the kiosk is clean and well-presented.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
• Promote and recommend MELTKIES products to customers
• Encourage purchases and actively contribute to sales
• Offer product samples and engage customers
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Restock and maintain product displays
• Keep the kiosk clean, organised, and presentable
• Follow company procedures and hygiene standards
• Perform other related duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• No prior experience required as training will be provided
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Daily Pay

• Tuesday – Friday: RM90/day
• Saturday: RM108/day
• Sunday: RM120/day

Sales Incentives

Additional sales incentives are provided on top of the daily salary.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
1-hour break

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
2-hour break
