Job Responsibilities:

• Handle conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of properties.
• Prepare, review and manage sale and purchase agreements and related legal documents.
• Conduct title searches and assist with land office matters.
• Attend to loan and financing documentation for property transactions.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, agents and relevant authorities.
• Monitor and follow up on completion of transactions.
• Attend to stamping, registration and other conveyancing procedures.
• Provide updates to clients on the progress of their matters.
• Assist senior lawyers with more complex conveyancing matters.
• Maintain proper records and ensure all files are updated and completed on time.
• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned by the firm.
