Responsibilities:

- Project and Deployment: Involve in projects and deployments for enterprise infrastructure that require basic knowledge in Active Directory, email servers, DNS, networking, databases, Windows and Unix server environments, hypervisors, and cloud infrastructure

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure seamless operations

- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies to improve service delivery

- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high self-motivation and a proactive approach

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Computer Science/Information System

- Intermediate technical knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure components: -

• Active Directory (AD)
• Email Servers
• DNS
• Networking (TCP/IP, etc.)
• Databases
• Windows/Unix Server environments
• Hypervisors (VMware, HyperV)
• Cloud Infrastructure

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

- Ability to learn quickly and independently, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to evolving technologies and requirements.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Working experience: 2-4 years in related experience.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
