Strategic Planning and Execution: Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, including operational budgets and resource allocation plans. Translate corporate strategy into actionable operational plans and processes to drive business expansion and innovation.

Day-to-Day Operations Management: Assume full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of all business activities. This includes overseeing key operational areas such as production, logistics, quality control, and maintenance.

Process Optimization and Cost Control: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.

Team Leadership and Resource Management: Lead and manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and staff development. Effectively allocate resources—such as personnel, equipment, and materials—to maximize productivity and profitability.

Supply Chain and Supplier Management: Oversee the supply chain to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and efficient product distribution. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and quality.

Financial Performance and Risk Management: Take accountability for the operations department's P&L, leading budget formulation and cost control efforts. Identify and mitigate operational risks, and develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Customer Satisfaction and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to meet customer expectations and resolve operational issues affecting satisfaction. Serve as a central figure in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operations remain aligned with corporate objectives.
