About Us

Envicion Studio Sdn Bhd is a creative advertising agency specializing in digital marketing, branding, and property development campaigns. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our team and help manage client relationships while delivering high-impact campaigns.

Your Role

As a Junior Client Servicing Executive, you will be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in client communication and manage expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports
• Cross-check details, timelines, and deliverables to maintain high-quality output
• Assist in billing, invoicing, quotations, and collection processes
• Identify opportunities for upselling and retaining clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0-2 years in client servicing, advertising, or marketing (fresh grads are welcome)
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
