We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the manufacturing of security products.

You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure customer orders and requirements are handled smoothly.

• Handle customer orders and follow up with relevant departments on order status and delivery schedule.

• Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedule and inquiries.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.

• Maintain accurate quotations, customer records and order information.

• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to Engineering and other relevant departments.

• Liaise with Shipping team to ensure shipments are arranged according to customer requirements and agreed schedules.

• Attend to customer enquiries, product feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.

• Assist in process improvement and other customer service activities when required.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.

• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking overseas customers.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Computer literate.

• Knowledge & experience in ERP systems is an added advantage.
