Responsibilities
The Central Kitchen Operations & Procurement Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, inventory control, and cost efficiency. This role supports the central kitchen supplies to restaurants and outlets by ensuring timely supply of ingredients and optimizing purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Purchasing
Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing, quality, and service
Send orders to suppliers
Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing requirements
Work with central kitchen team and restaurants on the demand to make procurement decisions
2. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor central kitchen inventory levels and minimize wastage
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
