About The Job

As a Senior Production Planner, you will manage production schedules and material workflows to support manufacturing operations.

• Review enterprise planning systems to align production schedules with changing customer demand.
• Create and release production orders while evaluating machine capacity, workforce, and material availability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery delays to drive operational performance improvements.
• Monitor shop-floor inventory levels to optimize stock balance and reduce excess holding.
• Partner with cross-functional operational units to maintain schedule adherence and quality standards.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Practical background in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management within a manufacturing environment.
• Applied experience operating tier-1 ERP systems and production planning software tools.
• Capability to analyze shop-floor metrics, inventory balances, and material movement trends.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Tertiary qualification in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a matching field.
