EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.

CERTIFICATIONS / REGULATORY CERTIFICATIONS

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Agile / Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an added advantage.

JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Project Management Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Technical Understanding: Good knowledge of IT systems, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), infrastructure, and integration concepts to effectively manage technical projects.
• Risk and Issue Management: Strong ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Experience in managing external vendors, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring service level compliance.
• Change Management: Capable of managing organizational and system changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex project issues and propose effective, timely solutions.
• Leadership and Team Coordination: Demonstrates strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Financial Awareness: Understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for effective resource utilization.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per hour
