Job Description
Responsibilities
Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,800 per month
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
Job Responsibilities
Handle the company’s full set of accounts.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliations, payment processing, and invoice handling.
Assist with GST submissions and other tax-related matters.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, suppliers, and customers.
Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
