James Cook University Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive Student Recruitment in - Ricebowl

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Executive Student Recruitment to support the Manager in achieving student recruitment and enrolment targets, with a primary focus on the Singapore domestic market. The role is responsible for lead generation, applicant conversion, stakeholder engagement, admissions support, and strengthening JCU’s position as a preferred university choice in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment strategies and campaigns to achieve domestic enrolment targets.
• Provide accurate advice on admission requirements, programmes, and the benefits of studying at JCU.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, corporate partners, community organisations, and other stakeholders to generate student leads.
• Manage prospective student enquiries and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Process student applications, including academic assessments, Letters of Offer, Student Contracts, ICA student pass applications where required, and finance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SSG and EduTrust requirements in admissions processes.
• Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor pipeline performance.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities in the Singapore market.
• Support open houses, education fairs, outreach activities, presentations, and promotional initiatives.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the Manager.

Key Selection Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in education, recruitment, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build networks and stakeholder relationships.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Team player committed to shared goals and service excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital tools and other new technologies.
