Urban Group Hiring! Full Time Technical Officer in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme

• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work

• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown

• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work

• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work

• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent

• A minimum of 4 – 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in property management field

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A or above)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team

• Proficient in PC operation and MS office
