Responsibilities
- In charge of purchasing / receiving
- In charge of warehouse inventory system
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management logistics, floor productivity, shipping.
- Responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and material, picking and filling orders from stock, shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
- Superior and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, own collection, packing and shipping of products.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to maximize efficacy and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
