The Role

• Assess performance data across markets to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement
• Carry out feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform global expansion strategy
• Support international expansion projects from initial planning through to execution
• Produce clear, insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO and senior leadership
• Partner with regional teams to align operations and ensure seamless cross-market project delivery
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements across markets
• Assess risks in international operations and develop effective mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For Bringing analytical expertise and commercial acumen to a global business:

• Degree in Business, International Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - first class honours from a reputable institution is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations analysis, consulting, or international business
• Skilled in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiar with international retail, market entry strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Confident presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment - additional language skills are a bonus
