About the Company

Join a rapidly expanding global technology manufacturer serving the automotive and sensor industries. This role offers exposure to product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), process optimisation, and cross-functional project leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, productivity, and process stability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, DOE, and corrective actions for product and process issues.
• Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) studies and support new product development activities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors to support project execution.
• Handle customer technical issues and drive quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and quality control plans.
• Support ISO/IATF16949, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in optoelectronics, sensors, semiconductor, automotive, or precision engineering industries preferred.
• Knowledge of DOE, DFM, root cause analysis, and process optimisation methodologies.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Creo, SAP, and Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
