1 Year Contract Customer Relationship Executive #BJJ

Our client is a reputable local bank seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join its Contact Centre team and deliver quality customer service across a wide range of banking products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Contact Centre team in handling customer enquiries across a full suite of banking products, including credit cards, loans, and other banking services.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Understand customers’ needs and provide accurate information and first-call resolution wherever possible.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through effective service and product knowledge.

• Gather customer feedback, identify recurring issues and trends, and recommend appropriate service improvement initiatives.

• Process customer requests, including fee and charge waivers, accurately and within the stipulated SLA.

• Adhere to assigned duty rosters and operational schedules.

• Ensure all customer interactions meet the bank’s service quality standards, including product knowledge, communication, accuracy, and overall service delivery.

• Comply with the bank’s policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service or Contact Centre experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Good knowledge of banking products and services will be an advantage.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage customer enquiries professionally.

• Comfortable working on a rostered schedule.

Contract: 1 Year Contract

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month
