Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. This role combines customer service and outbound telemarketing, where you will assist customers, handle enquiries, promote our products/services, and follow up with potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking over the phone, and be willing to work on a rotational shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and other communication channels.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Promote products, services, and relevant offers to customers.
• Follow up with customers and assist with their requests or concerns.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Achieve assigned customer service and telemarketing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Motivated, positive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
