About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong site coordination skills and experience managing subcontractors, workers, and site activities to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, workmanship, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, materials, and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor site productivity, work schedules, and material usage to support timely project completion.
• Report site progress, issues, delays, and potential risks to the Construction Manager.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Attend site inspections, coordination meetings, and project progress discussions.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and project documentation.
• Assist in improving site operational workflows, coordination processes, and overall project efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction site practices, workmanship standards, and safety requirements.
• Excellent site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise subcontractors and site workers while ensuring project timelines are met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Experience in establishing or improving site operational processes and workflows will be an added advantage.
