JOB DESCRIPTION –SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• To carry out marketing and selling activities to promote the sales of company range of products and services.
• To implement company sales policy and to achieve sales target set by the company.
• Handle sales enquiries.
• To be active and utilise the digital platform to promote the company and get the leads.
• Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
• Approach customer to promote the interior design package in digital platform.
• Manage and coordinate with project team for project progress from inception to completion.
• Work with project team to ensure meet customer move in date.
• To assist supervise the team mate for the daily operation and schedule
• Ensure all document is upload and keep safely to cloud drive.
• Adhere to all company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Overseeing special project and tracking progress towards company goals.
• Other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the HOD as and when necessary.

ABOUT YOU

Candidate Requirements

Language Proficiency (Mandarin Mandatory)

• Language Skills: Must be fully fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (and ideally Cantonese) to effectively pitch design concepts to Mandarin-speaking property owners, negotiate with niche materials vendors, and manage social media channels like XiaoHongShu.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for internal corporate reporting and general client coordination.

Education & Experience

• Background: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales, marketing, or client-facing experience—ideally within the Interior Design (ID), renovation, or construction industry.
• Fresh graduates with an ID background and a strong, outgoing personality for sales are highly welcome to apply.

Core Skills

• Sales & Lead Generation: Confident in sourcing new leads (both residential and commercial), presenting ID proposals alongside designers, and closing sales targets.
• Digital Marketing: Experience or strong interest in managing social media content (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu) to visually showcase Benten Construction's completed ID projects.
• Basic ID Literacy: Ability to understand basic floor plans, space layouts, and material quotations to explain them clearly to clients.

Mobility & Traits

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own transport to travel for client pitches, site viewings, and material sourcing.
• Traits: Strong negotiation skills, a sharp eye for modern design trends, and a self-driven attitude.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
