Job Description:

• Support all HR operations for the sorting center, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration.
• Oversee foreign worker entry, exit, work documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage relationships with foreign worker suppliers and negotiate terms/pricing.
• Assist in employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR initiatives at the center.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and functional teams (Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver HR solutions.
• Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support audits or inspections as required.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements:

• 1 years’ experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Experience managing foreign workers and liaising with vendors is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and support HR initiatives across the center.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
