Job Descriptions

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process Prepare offers, employment documents, and onboarding arrangements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Manage job advertisements, recruitment platforms, employer branding, and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support HR projects and perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in recruitment platforms (e.g. Linkedln, JobStreet, etc.)
• Willing to travel and participate in career fairs and recruitment events when required.
