Responsibilities
- Ability to identify target markets, qualify sales leads, perform prospect research, execute lead generation strategies, manage sales funnels, and utilize CRM platforms to convert opportunities into new business.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, client needs assessment, account planning, customer relationship management (CRM), consultative selling, and long-term account retention through value-driven solution recommendations.
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies, territory planning, revenue forecasting, revenue analysis, pipeline management and pricing strategies using data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, industry trend monitoring, SWOT analysis, and opportunity assessment to support strategic business expansion.
- Skills in preparing business proposals, developing solution-based presentations, preparing quotations, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing contract documentation while collaborating with technical teams.
- Competency in building strategic alliances, managing technology partnerships, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting long-term business growth through effective relationship management.
