By serving patients, panels, dialysis centers, and vendors, DiMS Solutions helps reduce workflow fragmentation and improve transparency for care teams and leadership. The connected platform is designed to create a more efficient operating environment and support continuous improvement across the dialysis ecosystem.


Role Description The Management Associate (Executive) is a contract, on-site role based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position supports day-to-day management activities, including gathering and analyzing operational and financial data, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in decision-making processes. The role involves coordinating and tracking projects, documenting progress, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between clinical, operational, and technology teams. The Management Associate (Executive) will help develop and update standard operating procedures, assist with training and onboarding materials, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and visibility across the dialysis ecosystem. This role may also support stakeholder communication, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions for internal and external partners.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support management reporting and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams, preparing presentations, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Basic understanding of finance to support budgeting, cost tracking, and performance analysis related to dialysis operations.
  • Project management skills to coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, and support implementation of operational and digital initiatives.
  • Training skills to assist in preparing learning materials, supporting user onboarding, and reinforcing adoption of new workflows and systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and adapt in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or dialysis-related operations is an advantage.
