Event & Social Media Marketing Assistant

About the Role

You will be involved in both event coordination and social media marketing, gaining exposure to real projects while developing valuable creative and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Assist with planning workshops, networking sessions and company events
• Support event preparation, logistics and vendor coordination
• Help manage on-site activities to ensure smooth execution

Content & Marketing Support

• Create social media content including captions, posts and stories
• Capture photos and videos during events
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Share ideas to improve online engagement and brand presence

Ideal Candidate

• Students, fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• Interested in events, marketing, social media or content creation
• Creative, organised and detail-oriented
• Familiar with current digital trends
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
